Welcome to registration for the PYLAX Fall 2021 Lacrosse Skills Clinics.
HOW TO REGISTER
We strongly encourage registering early!

- Complete all fields.
- All players (and coaches) are not required but are encouraged to become US Lacrosse members at this time. You can register directly on the US Lacrosse website here. Doing so will provide you with a US Lacrosse number that can be used for PYLAX Spring 2022 Season Registration. Your US Lacrosse number will be valid through the entire Spring 2022 season.

PRO-RATION of REGISTRATION FEES:
Registration fees will not be pro-rated.
CONCORDIA SCHOLARSHIP:
Scholarship will not be available for Fall clinics.
FULL PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES:
100% registration fees will be due by Saturday, September 11, 2021 - the date of first skills clinic.
New players joining the one (1) free clinics will need to be registered by Saturday, September 11, 2021. Those players wishing to continue to participate in skills clinics must re-register, with 100% fees due by Friday, September 24, 2021.
Any balances that are not cleared prior to Friday, September 24, 2021, your child will not be able to participate in the Fall skills clinics.
MULTI-CHILD DISCOUNTS:
Discounts will not be available for multiple players in a family for the Fall Skills Clinics.

Registered Fall 2021 players withdrawing from PYLAX will follow the refund schedule outlined below. Requests must be submitted in writing to
